Team news from Bramall Lane as the Magpies get set to face the Blades on Sunday afternoon

The Magpies are back in Premier League action at Bramall Lane just four days on from their Champions League draw at AC Milan, and Howe has opted to bring Wilson, Harvey Barnes, Miguel Almirón and Elliot Anderson into his starting 11 for the game against the Blades.

Nick Pope continues in goal after his terrific showing at San Siro in midweek, while Newcastle's backline is unchanged: Kieran Trippier, Fabian Schär, Sven Botman and Dan Burn all start in front of Pope.

Sean Longstaff will again play to the right of Bruno Guimarães, with Anderson - who lines up in place of Sandro Tonali - stepping into the midfield alongside them.

And further forward, Almirón starts ahead of Jacob Murphy on the right side of United's attack, with Barnes preferred to Gordon on the left and Wilson in for Isak at centre forward.

Tonali, Murphy, Gordon and Isak are all among the substitutes, along with summer arrivals Tino Livramento and Lewis Hall.

Martin Dúbravka is also back on the bench, with Jamaal Lascelles and Matt Targett providing more defensive backup.
