Ben Dawson's in-form youngsters travel to Ilkeston's New Manor Ground in the Premier League Cup, knowing that victory could see them take a big step towards reaching the knockout stages of the competition.
United are second in Group H, level on points with leaders Southampton, having won two and drawn one of their games so far.
One of those victories came against Notts County at Whitley Park in October, with Elias Sørensen and Cal Roberts on target for Newcastle, while Dawson's side also beat County's first team 2-0 at Meadow Lane in the Checkatrade Trophy that month with the same two players on target.
Sørensen has been on international duty with Denmark under-21s - he scored in both games against Mexico - and Roberts could be involved in Saturday's Emirates FA Cup tie against Watford, so it remains to be seen if either player will feature on Tuesday.
But the likes of Yannick Touré and Rosaire Longelo will be looking to continue their good form. Admission at the New Manor Ground is £3 for adults and £1 concessions.
