The Division Two encounter was due to be played at the Barnfield Training Centre on Friday, 8th April, with kick-off taking place at 1pm (BST).
However, the league meeting will now be played at the Lancashire FA County Ground on the same date, with kick-off set for 7pm.
United's second-string currently sit in seventh place of Premier League 2, one point adrift of the play-off spots.
The two sides last met in August as the young Magpies claimed a 2-0 victory against their Clarets counterparts at Whitley Park, courtesy of Dylan Stephenson's brace.
