Although no supporters will be able to attend the Magpies' last match this season, Newcastle United is still producing its award-winning matchday programme - and it's free.

The coronavirus outbreak has meant many changes to everybody's usual matchday routine, and that includes the traditional stop at one of the programme kiosks on the way to St. James' Park.

But the club have continued to produce digital-only editions of UNITED for the five home fixtures since the 2019/20 season restarted – and you can now read the sixth and final issue which has been compiled for Newcastle’s last home game of the season against Liverpool on Sunday.

Captain Jamaal Lascelles will miss the game after undergoing ankle surgery but the 26-year-old is the cover star for the latest issue, and there is an exclusive interview with the Magpies skipper inside.

Lascelles reflects on what has been a long season, his recent operation and also discusses what it is like to take on the champions Liverpool, as well as his views on how United can progress next term.

You can read the exclusive six-page interview, and much more, for free here. You will require a modern smartphone, tablet or compute, a strong wi-fi connection (the programme will work on mobile data but is a large download) and the latest version of Chrome, Firefox or Safari.

If you have any trouble reading please check the above criteria are met, then try clearing the cache of your browser and reloading.

There’s plenty more to enjoy inside Wednesday’s issue, as Isaac Hayden – who could return from injury on Sunday – answers questions from supporters via the medium of a video call in the new feature, Zoom Army.

Former United frontman Paul Dalglish discusses his time at St. James' Park, his new life in the US and what it was like watching his dad, Kenny, hand over the Premier League trophy at Anfield on Wednesday.

Club historian Paul Joannou brings to light a two-page report put together by Magpies scout Joe Richardson about a young Kevin Keegan - who went on to achieve legendary status at both clubs.

Meanwhile, NEAT CEO Debi Bailey tells us how the Newcastle United Foundation have worked together with local schools to support some of the city's most vulnerable families during the COVID-19 pandemic.

There's also the usual guide to the opposition and a half-time quiz, while head coach Steve Bruce and skipper Lascelles pen their final columns of the campaign – and we reveal the club’s official player of the year.
