Magpies head coach Howe is one of four managers nominated for November's award, along with Luton Town's Rob Edwards, Andoni Iraola of Bournemouth and Erik ten Hag of Manchester United.

Howe guided Newcastle to a vital 1-0 win over Arsenal in November - the first time the Gunners had been beaten in the league this term - and followed it up with another important victory at St. James' Park as his side saw off Chelsea, winning 4-1 last weekend despite having a number of players unavailable due to injury.
