Miguel Almirón is the star of Saturday's issue of UNITED

The 25-year-old Paraguay international came from the bench at Wolves in Newcastle's last Premier League game before starting last weekend's friendly in Spain against CSKA Moscow.

And - in an exclusive interview in Saturday's edition of UNITED - he has spoken about the prospect of running out at St. James' Park for the first time.

"I have been looking forward to it," he said. "I think it will be a really beautiful occasion playing my first home match here. Hopefully, God willing, we'll get a result.

"The amount of trust the fans, the others players and the coach have put in me makes me really happy. I'm just really grateful to them all."

Almirón - who also talks about his debut, the training camp in Spain and settling in on Tyneside - features on the front cover and is interviewed over eight pages, while there are also interviews with Northumbrian darts player and United fan Chris Dobey - who made his PDC Premier League debut in Newcastle earlier this month - and Academy prospect Jack Young.

Freddie Woodman takes part in the Toon Tombola, there's the lowdown on visitors Huddersfield and the thoughts of Sky Sports' Pete Graves, while the 84 pages are also packed with historical content plus regular columns from manager Rafa Benítez and skipper Jamaal Lascelles.

UNITED is priced at just £3 and is available around the ground or online here.
