Last year’s final saw nearly 2,000 local football fans flock to watch a five-goal thriller between Blyth Spartans and North Shields, with this year’s final shaping up to be bigger and better.
Northumberland FA chief executive, John Ackerley, said: “I’d like to give a big thank you to Newcastle United who will yet again be hosting our flagship event.
"Building on a successful Senior Cup last season, this year we will look to provide supporters with an even better experience with details to be announced closer to the date.
"The two finalists both play a high standard of football and it will certainly be a well-contested game which I encourage all fans of North East football to come out and support it."
Ticket information will be confirmed in due course, with general admission set to be priced at £7 for adults and £3 for concessions.
