Players' shirts from Newcastle United Women's title-winning campaign have gone under the hammer to raise funds for Newcastle United Foundation.

The Magpies made it back-to-back promotions as they lifted the FA Women's National League Northern Premier Division title, while they also reached the final of the FAWNL Cup.

And supporters can now get their hands on a piece of history by bidding on some of the players' shirts, while raising money for the Newcastle United Foundation in the process.

Newcastle United Foundation uses the power of football to connect, motivate and inspire people across the North East.

Through community, education, health and wellbeing, and sports programmes delivered across Newcastle, Northumberland, North Tyneside, Gateshead and County Durham, the Newcastle United Foundation strives to improve physical and mental health, boost learning and career prospects and provide life-changing opportunities for everyone - no matter their goals in life.

Shirts available to bid for in the MatchWornShirt auction include those worn by leading scorer Bridget Galloway, influential midfielder Emma Kelly, Manager's Player of the Year Hannah Greenwood and long-serving goalkeeper Grace Donnelly.

Supporters will be able to take part in the auction, with proceeds going to Newcastle United Foundation, here.

The auction will go live from 2pm (BST) on Saturday, 18th May and close at 2pm on Saturday, 25th May.
