Barlaser – who has played in each of the Magpies’ Under-23s’ Premier League 2 Division Two fixtures this term – could make his debut for Stanley at home to Scunthorpe United on Saturday.
The 21-year-old has made a handful of appearances for Newcastle at first-team level – the last of which came against Nottingham Forest in the Carabao Cup a year ago – and spent part of the 2017/18 campaign on loan at Crewe Alexandra.
He links up with a Stanley side sitting eighth in their maiden season as a League One club, with John Coleman’s charges having won two and drawn two of their first five games.
