There’s an exclusive, six-page interview with Martin Dúbravka inside Boxing Day’s issue of UNITED – Newcastle’s official, acclaimed matchday programme.

The ’keeper, restored to the side in the wake of Nick Pope’s injury, outlines his perspective as he approaches the sixth anniversary of his move to Tyneside, and sets out his aims for 2024.

Among the other contents of the 84-page issue – recognised as one of the league’s best last season – is a bumper historical section, increased in size for 2023/24. Club Historian Paul Joannou provides four pages, as does regular UNITED columnist Stan Gate, who brings all sorts of black and white memorabilia back to light. There’s the latest chapter of The European Years – a new regular feature looking back at each and every one of the Magpies’ continental campaigns to date – as well as the newest instalments of The Poster Boys and When Worlds Collide, the latter shining a light on a couple of both clubs’ lesser-remembered players.

There’s plenty to read about United’s Under-21s and women’s teams, including in-depth pieces with Leo Shahar and Grace Donnelly, and another new feature, Academy Alumni, in which we catch up with a different Magpies academy graduate every issue. This week, it’s Kyle Cameron, who’s now captaining Notts County in League Two.

Sky Sports’ Pete Graves provides his latest column, while Sydney-based supporter Jeremiah Sullivan takes centre stage in Mags Around The World.

Furthermore, there’s ten dedicated pages on our visitors to SJP, four more for Junior Magpies, boss Eddie Howe and skipper Jamaal Lascelles’ thoughts ahead of the game and much, much more.

UNITED will be on sale around the ground, priced at £3.50.
