The draw took place on Monday, 19th August, live on talkSPORT2, with former England international Lianne Sanderson dividing the 20 teams entering the competition at this stage into five groups.
Newcastle United Women were drawn in Group A in the northern section of the draw which is split into two groups of four teams, while the southern section is divided into three groups of four teams.
And with the fixtures for each group now confirmed, the Magpies' full list of games is as follows:
Newcastle United Women v Everton Women (7.45pm, 2 October, Kingston Park Stadium)
Newcastle United Women v Liverpool Women (2pm, 24 November, Kingston Park Stadium
Manchester United Women v Newcastle United Women (7pm, 11 December, Leigh Sports Village)
Following the completion of the group stages, the quarter finals of the competition will take place across January 22nd and 23rd 2025, with the semi-finals set to be hosted over February 5th and 6th 2025.
The final will be held across the weekend of March 15th and 16th 2025.
Chelsea Women will enter the competition at the quarter final stage.
If either Arsenal Women or Manchester City Women exit the UWCL in either rounds one or two, then they will enter the League Cup at the group stage (playing their first match on 16th/17th October).
A draw would take place to determine which group (A or B) Manchester City and (C, D or E) Arsenal would join.
