The Geordie youngster was named on the bench of a senior matchday squad for the first time during Newcastle's UEFA Champions League trip to Paris Saint-Germain in November 2023.

Primarily a central midfielder, Huntley has featured for Newcastle's under-21s side during their last two Hong Kong Soccer Sevens campaigns, scoring the golden goal in the 2023 Main Shield final against Leicester City.

During the 2023-24 campaign, Huntley scored five goals across all competitions for United's under-21s side.
