The George Stephenson High School pupil, son of former Magpies forward Paul, signed a two-year full-time scholarship in the summer of 2023 and enjoyed a bright campaign in front of goal, scoring seven goals in the Under-18 Premier League North.

'Brassy' made his debut for United at under-21 level in an EFL Trophy encounter against Crewe Alexandra and will be targeting a first start for the young Magpies after a total of seven substitute appearances in 2023-24.
