The Magpies and the Blues will be ball number 12 when the draw is made by former England defender Martin Keown and ex-Newcastle frontman Michael Owen at the BT Tower in central London.
Jake Humphrey will conduct the draw, which will start at 7.10pm and will be broadcast on BT Sport 2 ahead of their televised coverage of Leeds United's trip to Cambridge United. It will also be shown on BBC Two.
