The game will kick-off at 7pm, with the winners of the final guaranteeing their place in the top division for development sides, Premier League 2 Division One, next season.
Peter Beardsley and Ben Dawson’s young team booked their place in the final with a 2-0 win over Fulham on Monday night, with Jamie Holmes and Stuart Findlay scoring the goals that secured that semi-final victory.
And they will once again have home advantage when the Hammers – who beat Wolverhampton Wanderers 2-1 in the last four – come to town on Tuesday, courtesy of United having finished higher in the table than their final opponents in the regular league season.
Entry to the game will be free for all Magpies season ticket holders and members. Tickets will be available at the East Stand turnstiles, priced at £3 for adults and £1 for concessions.
