Newcastle United defender Kieran Trippier has been nominated for the Premier League's EA Sports Player of the Month for November/December.

The England international, who was nominated for the award in October, recorded three clean sheets for the Magpies as well as contributing in attack with two assists during an unbeaten two months for Eddie Howe's side.

The Bury-born full-back teed up Joe Willock for United's third goal during a 4-1 away win at Southampton as well as Joelinton's header during a 3-0 victory against Leicester City on Boxing Day and kept the Foxes, along with Chelsea and Leeds United, at bay.

Trippier, who has captained Newcastle throughout the 2022/23 campaign so far, is shortlisted for the award alongside Manchester United duo Casemiro and Marcus Rashford as well as Manchester City's Erling Haaland, Arsenal pair Bukayo Saka and Martin Ødegaard, Brentford's Ben Mee and João Palhinha of Fulham.

Supporters can vote for the winner here, with voting closing at 12 noon on Monday, 9th January. The winner will be announced on Friday, 13th January at 11am (GMT).
