Newcastle United boss Eddie Howe has made three changes to his side for Monday night's trip to West Ham, with goalkeeper Nick Pope among those brought back into the Magpies' line-up for the clash at the London Stadium (kick-off 8pm GMT).

Following last week's Emirates FA Cup defeat to Brighton & Hove Albion, Pope replaces Martin Dúbravka in goal, while captain Bruno Guimarães comes in for Lewis Miley and Jacob Murphy replaces the suspended Anthony Gordon as United plot a Premier League victory in the capital.

In front of Pope, Kieran Trippier, Fabian Schär, Dan Burn and Tino Livramento form a back four, with Sandro Tonali, Bruno Guimarães and Joelinton in the middle of the park.

Harvey Barnes starts on the left side of United's attack, with Alexander Isak leading the line and Murphy on the right.

Youngster Sean Neave is named on the bench in the Premier League for the first time, with Callum Wilson and Will Osula the other offensive options.

Lewis Miley, Sean Longstaff and Joe Willock are the midfield backup, with Emil Krafth and Matt Targett providing defensive cover. Dúbravka is the substitute goalkeeper.
