Newcastle United boss Rafa Benítez has made one change to his side for Saturday’s visit of West Ham United (3pm kick-off).

Full back Javier Manquillo comes into the starting 11 at the expense of Ciaran Clark, who captained United and scored what proved to be the winner in Monday night’s 2-1 victory at Burnley.

Martin Dúbravka continues in goal, with DeAndre Yedlin, Federico Fernández, Fabian Schär and Manquillo at the back.

The midfield is unchanged, with Matt Ritchie, Mo Diamé, Ki Sung-yueng and Kenedy looking to provide the ammunition for Ayoze Pérez and, further forward, Salomón Rondón in attack.

Skipper Jamaal Lascelles returns to the bench after injury, with Freddie Woodman, Ciaran Clark, and Jonjo Shelvey also among the substitutes.

Youngster Sean Longstaff is also among the replacements, along with Christian Atsu and Joselu.
