Sean and Matty Longstaff will both start for Newcastle United as they look to book their place in the FA Cup fifth round at Oxford United on Tuesday night.

The Magpies face the League One side in a fourth round replay at the Kassam Stadium, with a trip to West Bromwich Albion in the last 16 on offer for the winners.

And United head coach Steve Bruce, who indicated his intention to “freshen up” his team earlier in the week, has shuffled his pack for the trip to the Kassam Stadium, with Fabian Schär and Florian Lejeune also coming into the side and Karl Darlow replacing Martin Dúbravka between the sticks.

And January recruit Nabil Bentaleb – who made his debut for the club in the first meeting between the two sides just over a week ago – will also line up alongside the Longstaffs for the game against Karl Robinson’s men.

DeAndre Yedlin starts at right wing-back, with Schär, Lejeune and Jamaal Lascelles in central defence and Matt Ritchie at left wing-back.

Bentaleb retains his place in the starting 11, and the Longstaff brothers will also occupy the engine room alongside the Algerian international, while Miguel Almirón will provide support for number nine Joelinton at the head of the Magpies’ attack.

Allan Saint-Maximin, Christian Atsu and Tom Allan provide some attacking options for Bruce to call upon from the bench.

And Federico Fernández, Ciaran Clark and Isaac Hayden are also named among the substitutes, with Rob Elliot acting as backup for Darlow.

Newcastle United: Karl Darlow; DeAndre Yedlin, Fabian Schär, Jamaal Lascelles, Florian Lejeune, Matt Ritchie; Matty Longstaff, Nabil Bentaleb, Sean Longstaff; Miguel Almirón, Joelinton.

Substitutes: Rob Elliot, Federico Fernández, Ciaran Clark, Isaac Hayden, Christian Atsu, Allan Saint-Maximin, Tom Allan.
