The Swede replaces Javier Manquillo on the right of a five-man backline, as head coach Steve Bruce makes two changes to the side who started Sunday’s narrow defeat to Arsenal at St. James’ Park.
Bruce’s other tweak comes in midfield, where Ki Sung-yueng takes the place of Sean Longstaff. The South Korean will line up alongside Isaac Hayden and Jonjo Shelvey in the engine room, the latter having been passed fit after suffering a slight injury against the Gunners.
Krafth, meanwhile, joins Fabian Schär, Jamaal Lascelles, Paul Dummett and Matt Ritchie at the back. Martin Dúbravka again starts in goal, with Miguel Almirón and Joelinton up front.
Manquillo and Longstaff join another recent recruit, Dutchman Jetro Willems, on the bench, as well as Karl Darlow, Ciaran Clark, Federico Fernández and Yoshinori Muto.
However, there is no place for Allan Saint-Maximin, who has sat out United’s trip to Norfolk with a hamstring problem.
