Team news from Goodison Park ahead of Thursday night's Premier League clash

Callum Wilson, Miguel Almirón and Matt Targett all return to the starting line-up for the Magpies at Goodison Park, with Alexander Isak, Jacob Murphy and Dan Burn reverting to the bench on Merseyside.

Nick Pope is in goal, with Kieran Trippier, Fabian Schär, Sven Botman and Targett - in for his first start since September - making up the back four.

The in-form midfield trio of Sean Longstaff, Bruno Guimarães and Joe Willock continue in the engine room, but there is a fresh look to United's frontline, with Almirón coming in for Murphy and Wilson in for Isak, though Joelinton remains on the left flank.

Isak, Murphy and Burn are all named as substitutes, with former Toffees winger Anthony Gordon also on the bench.

Martin Dúbravka, Javier Manquillo, Jamaal Lascelles, Matt Ritchie and Elliot Anderson also provide backup as Howe as his side go in search of victory against Sean Dyche's men.
