The Magpies will travel to Selhurst Park on Wednesday, 24th April, with kick-off set for 8pm BST. Tickets initially went on sale to season ticket holders with 130 or more away points on Wednesday, 27th March and dropped to two points before selling out on Friday, 12th April.
Following supporter consultation there will be a limited allocation open to season ticket holder ballot for those who do not meet the away points threshold. This ballot will go live at 4pm on Friday, 12th April and close at 10am on Monday, 15th April.
Supporters will be asked to input card details. If they are successful in the ballot, payment will be taken and the season ticket holder will be notified by email. Those that are unsuccessful in the ballot will not be contacted and will not be charged.
Please note all tickets are for the sole use of the supporter making the purchase under their Newcastle United supporter number and are strictly non-transferable. There will be random spot checks at away stadiums throughout the season and failure to produce appropriate ID matching the purchaser supporter number will result in removal of your loyalty points and/or your season ticket being voided.
There are a number of restricted view seats within United's allocation, some of which include pillars in view and others, towards the back of the stand, where the view can be impaired by supporters standing up in front. Crystal Palace advise supporters to remain seated throughout the match for the enjoyment of everyone in attendance. Purchasing a restricted view seat is acceptance of such, and no refunds will be offered after the point of purchase.
Crystal Palace recognise that standing in the away end at grounds is fairly common, but request that the front five rows numbered 3-7 of United's allocation is to be sold to supporters who would prefer to sit. Crystal Palace will be operating a zero tolerance policy on standing in these rows. This area will be marked separately in the purchase process, so please select your preferred ticket carefully.
Crystal Palace offer a student rate price for games, and any student attending must be in full time education and have valid student ID to produce at the turnstile.
Tickets will be checked upon entry to the stadium and upon request ID will need to be shown. There will be no re-grades on the day of the game. If any supporters require re-grades these must be done through Newcastle United in advance of the matchday.
Selhurst Park is a cashless stadium. Cash will not be accepted at the food and drink outlets in the away end.
Juniors under 16 must be accompanied by an adult over 18.
Tickets will be in the form of paper.
