The forward returns to the club she arrived at Newcastle from earlier this season in order to gain more game time, with competition for places in the Magpies' squad fiercer than ever.
Owens, who scored some important goals for Becky Langley's team in the mid-part of the 2022/23 season, had been in prolific form for Norton prior to her move in January.
The temporary switch back to her former side will give Owens an opportunity to rediscover her form and get regular playing minutes before joining up with the Newcastle squad for pre-season.
Newcastle United Women head coach Langley said: "Bianca is a talented player who we want as a part of our future next season. She's scored two and assisted two important goals for Newcastle Women team since joining.
"She's a great personality in the group and I've built a great relationship with her so far. In addition to gaining valuable game time at Norton, she will continue to train with us, building her fitness, and we will welcome her back in the pre-season."
Meanwhile, midfielder Gillian Oyos will link up with her former club, Asheville City SC Women, for their summer season, but remains a key part of the Magpies squad for the run-in and like Owens, will return to Tyneside ahead of the 2023/24 campaign.
