The draw for the fourth round of the Emirates FA Cup has been made

The draw was made on Monday evening by former Magpies striker Michael Owen and ex-England defender Martin Keown - who, incidentally, was born in Oxford.

And ball number 12 came out against the League One outfit, who Newcastle have never faced before in the FA Cup but did come up against over two legs in the League Cup in 1983/84.

The U's won 3-2 on aggregate, drawing 1-1 on Tyneside and triumphing 2-1 at the old Manor Ground. They also beat Newcastle 3-1 in the same competition in 1985/86.

Managed by Michael Appleton, the Yellows now play at the Kassam Stadium and were promoted from League Two last season.

United and Birmingham drew 1-1 at St. Andrew's on Saturday and the replay will take place on Wednesday, 18th January at St. James' Park (kick-off 7.45pm).

Fourth round ties will take place across the weekend of Friday 27th and Monday 30th January 2017.The full fourth round draw is:Tottenham Hotspur v Wycombe WanderersDerby County v Leicester CityOxford United v Newcastle United or Birmingham CityAFC Wimbledon or Sutton United v Cambridge United or Leeds UnitedPlymouth Argyle or Liverpool v Wolverhampton WanderersSouthampton or Norwich City v ArsenalLincoln City or Ipswich Town v Brighton & Hove AlbionChelsea v BrentfordManchester United v Wigan AthleticMillwall v WatfordRochdale v Huddersfield TownBurnley or Sunderland v Fleetwood Town or Bristol CityBlackburn Rovers v Barnsley or BlackpoolFulham v Hull CityMiddlesbrough v Accrington StanleyCrystal Palace or Bolton Wanderers v Manchester City
