The Division Two encounter was due to be played at the Sir Jack Hayward Training Ground on Monday, 18th April, with kick-off taking place at 5pm (BST).
However, the league meeting will now be played at Molineux, home of Wolves' first-team, with kick-off set for 7pm.
United's second-string currently sit in seventh place of Premier League 2, one point adrift of the play-off spots.
The two sides last met in October as Wolves claimed a 3-2 victory at Whitley Park, despite the young Magpies fighting back from two goals down.
