The game at St. James' Park will now be played on Sunday, 20th September due to Brighton being involved in the Carabao Cup second round on the preceding Thursday.

Kick-off will be at 2pm (BST). Due to the coronavirus outbreak, and the current government guidelines, supporters are not permitted to attend Premier League matches at this time.

Meanwhile, the Magpies' trip to Tottenham Hotspur - currently scheduled for Saturday, 26th September (kick-off 3pm BST) - is subject to change should Spurs reach the group stage of the Europa League.
