Newcastle United will face Everton, Liverpool and Manchester United in the group stage of the 2024/25 Women's League Cup.

The Magpies have been drawn in Group A in the northern section of the draw which is split into two groups of four teams, while the southern section is divided into three groups of four teams.

And Becky Langley's side have been handed a tough-looking group, with the other three teams all currently competing in the Barclays Women's Super League.

United are familiar with two of their opponents, having faced the Toffees in a pre-season friendly at Finch Farm last weekend, while they also took on the Red Devils at Leigh Sports Village in last season's Adobe Women's FA Cup fourth round.

Confirmed fixture dates for matches involving the Magpies, as well as ticket information, will be announced in due course.
