The Magpies enter the competition at the third round stage as a Premier League club and, following last weekend’s second round ties, the draw will be made at 7:10pm on Monday evening.
It will be shown live on the Emirates FA Cup’s official Twitter, Facebook and YouTube channels and will also be screened on BT Sport as part of their coverage of Canvey Island’s second round clash with Boreham Wood.
And it has been confirmed that United will be ball number 27 in the draw, which sees all Championship clubs enter the competition as well as every top flight side.
Steve Bruce’s side faced League One outfit Rochdale in the third round last season, progressing after a 4-1 victory in the replay at St. James’ Park in January.
Bruce’s men went on to reach the quarter-finals, where they were defeated by then-holders and eventual finalists Manchester City.
This season’s third round ties are set to take place across the weekend of Saturday, 9th and Sunday, 10th January 2021.
