Lumsden is one of four players up for the Player of the Month award, along with Kosovare Asllani of London City Lionesses, Aimee Claypole of Durham and Charlton Athletic's Gracie Pearse.
She netted three times for the Magpies in March, including a brace in the 3-2 home win over Bristol City at Kingston Park.
And the former Portsmouth forward has also been shortlisted for the division's Goal of the Month prize, thanks to her superb strikes in that victory over the Robins. Her two goals were similarly well-crafted, with Lumsden cutting inside onto her left foot to finish with power to give United a 1-0 and 2-1 lead respectively.
She is up against Asslani, Malaika Meena of Bristol City, Jodie Hutton of Charlton Athletic, Pompey's Ava Rowbotham, Tyler Toland of Blackburn Rovers and Sunderland's Natasha Fenton for that gong.
