Winger starts for Wycombe as they beat Sunderland

The 23-year-old made his first league start for the Chairboys and won the free kick which lead to the only goal of the game, scored by Darius Charles just before the half-hour mark. Aarons came off in the 89th minute.

In the Sky Bet Championship, Freddie Woodman made his 12th start for Swansea City in a 1-1 draw at Barnsley. He made an outstanding save to deny the hosts an opener after just 55 seconds, then thwarted Cauley Woodrow again with an excellent stop from a low drive in the first half.

After Andre Ayew scored for the visitors and Alex Mowatt equalised for the Tykes, further saves from Woodrow and Conor Chaplin helped to earn a point for the Swans, who are third in the table.

Dan Barlaser started for Rotherham as they were beaten 2-1 by Oxford in League Two. The midfielder came off after 66 minutes.

In League Two, Kell Watts played the full game for Stevenage as they drew 1-1 with Port Vale, while Liam Gibson got 90 minutes as Grimsby lost 4-0 to Leyton Orient.

Elias Sørensen came on for Carlisle in the 58th minute of a 2-0 defeat at Plymouth. Goalkeeper Nathan Harker was an unused substitute for Blyth Spartans in a 2-2 draw with Chester in Vanarama National League North.

On Friday, Jacob Murphy appeared as a 79th minute substitute for Sheffield Wednesday in a 1-1 draw with Cardiff City, while Achraf Lazaar missed Cosenza's 3-1 Serie B win at Cittadella with injury, but is nearing a return to action.
