Teenage winger Yankuba, who is on loan at Dutch side Feyenoord, enjoyed a memorable senior debut for Gambia on Sunday as he netted in their draw with Congo to book their place at next year's Africa Cup of Nations finals.

Replacing Ebrahima Colley at half time with his side 2-0 down, Minteh got Gambia back into it with 11 minutes left before Mohamed Badamosi's last-gasp header book their place at January's tournament.

After an assured start to his Newcastle United career, Tonali made his first start for Italy as they laboured to a 1-1 draw in Skopje. He played 89 minutes, picking up a booking in the process, before being replaced by Giacomo Raspadori.

Teenage midfielder Miley - a regular in Eddie Howe's first team line-ups during pre-season - was named in the England Under-19 squad for their two friendly games against Germany and Switzerland

He came off the bench with quarter of an hour remaining of their defeat to Germany in Spain, but couldn't help his side find a leveller.
