Birmingham City Women travel to Kingston Park (kick-off 2pm BST) needing a win to maintain their title push but Greenwood says her teammates must focus on their game and picking up three points, with a top three finish still within their grasp.
"I genuinely can't believe this is already our final home game of the season. It doesn't feel like two minutes ago we were kicking off at home to Sheffield United," she said.
"This has been an up-and-down season for me with a lot of highs, but equally, a lot of lows. I still think that I've been able to grow throughout the season and learned a lot about myself.
"It's always important for us to play our own game, focus on ourselves and achieve our goals. Of course, we want to spoil the party for Birmingham, but more so, we want to finish as high up the league as possible, and that requires winning on Sunday."
This is the final time Greenwood and her teammates will grace the Kingston Park turf this season, and she acknowledges how it never fails to feel special.
The versatile number 15 is fully aware of the incredible support Newcastle have up and down the country, but home games just mean that little bit extra, as Greenwood told newcastleunited.com.
"It's genuinely amazing getting to play in front of our fans, and I can't thank them enough for their support this season," she said.
"They make every single home game special for me and all of us as players. When we play at home, it's an incredible feeling seeing the main stand packed out and hearing their roar.
"I always remember at one point in the season I hadn't started for a couple of months, and when I finally came back into the starting line-up, I got goosebumps walking out to Local Hero - it was crazy."
With only 90 minutes left to play at Kingston Park until the new season in September, Greenwood knows both players and fans must soak up every moment of what she's hoping will be a raucous atmosphere.
"All season we've taken it game by game and week by week, so that doesn’t change now just because we’re coming towards the end," she added.
"We're hoping for a big crowd on Sunday to help us create a good atmosphere and push on to picking up the win for one final time at Kingston Park."
