The Lady Magpies enter the fixture against the FA Women's National League (FAWNL) Southern Premier Division leaders in great form, having gone top of the FAWNL Division One North on Sunday, and Langley is looking forward to the historic fixture.
"It will be a tough game," she said. "(Ipswich) have started the season very well, but I expect it to be a competitive game.
"We will be working hard to ensure we give ourselves the best chance of winning."
The venue, Kingston Park, is home of the Newcastle Falcons rugby team, and Langley appreciates the opportunity to play in the 10,200-seater stadium.
She said: "It is massive, both in terms of both the size of the stadium and the experience. It will be the biggest crowd we have ever had and the atmosphere will be amazing."
There has long been a connection between the two clubs, as both have a deep affiliation and admiration for the late, great Sir Bobby Robson, and Langley feels that only adds more magnitude to this fixture.
She said: "There is a relationship there between the two clubs because of such a great manager in Sir Bobby Robson. That makes this game very special."
In their journey to the fourth round, the Lady Magpies have overcome many hurdles, notably the wintry away fixture against Salford Lionesses, where players and staff frantically swept snow off the pitch to ensure it went ahead.
Looking back on their route to this stage, the Newcastle Women manager reflected on the determination of her side.
"We have shown consistency," Langley stated. "We have overcome every challenge we have faced so far."
She added what it would mean if the Lady Magpies could overcome their latest obstacle and reach the fifth round.
She said: "It would be outstanding. I hope we can gain more experience from it.
"The whole experience will be brilliant, and if we reach the next round, it will make the following round even bigger again. Hopefully we will be able to play more games at Kingston Park, and I hope it will help to grow the fan base."
Despite the excitement around the fixture, Langley outlined that she and her staff are concentrating on ensuring their players are prepared.
"We are working hard, working tactically with our coaching craft to make it difficult for Ipswich," she said. "But our identity in terms of how we want to play will be the same as every week; our mindset will be the same as how we approach every single game."
She added a message for her players: "Take it one game at a time, as we always do. Go out there and inspire the crowd."
Admission is £3 for adults and free for under-16s, concessions and Newcastle United Women season ticket holders. Kick-off on Sunday is at 2pm (GMT) and pay on the gate opens from 12.30pm.
