The Young Lions will travel to Romania next week ahead of facing the hosts as well as Austria and Azerbaijan across a six-day period, and defender Gibson is included in Steve Cooper's group.Gibson - who scored his first goal of the season for Newcastle's under-18s in Saturday's 4-2 win against Middlesbrough - helped England's under-17s win the Croatia Cup earlier this month.
England sit in group six of the qualifying round, and will kick-off their campaign against Azerbaijan in Buftea on Tuesday, 25th October at 1pm.Next up are Romania, at the same venue, two days later on Thursday, 27th October.
England's group-stage fixtures conclude on Sunday, 30th October as they face Austria in Voluntari. A top-two place will secure a spot in the Elite qualifiers, while the five best third-placed teams from the 12 groups will also progress.
