Next week's FA Youth Cup fourth round tie against Swansea will be free for all fans

The young Magpies entertain Swansea City at St. James' Park on Monday, 9th January with a 7pm kick-off under the floodlights.

Dave Watson's side beat Portsmouth 4-1 at Fratton Park in the last round, with Owen Gallacher - son of former Newcastle player John - opening the scoring.

Lewis McNall and curly-haired wideman Callum Smith were also on target alongside an own goal from Pompey's Theo Widdrington.

Swansea, meanwhile, beat Wolverhampton Wanderers 2-1 in the third round to set up the trip to Tyneside.

Newcastle last lifted the trophy in 1985, inspired by a certain Paul Gascoigne, and reached the quarter-finals in 2014 and 2015, losing to eventual winners Chelsea on both occasions. On the second occasion, more than 11,000 fans watched the game at St. James' Park.
