Important information regarding level 3 seating (blocks 313 and 314)
Please note that blocks 313 and 314 in level 3 from row Z to LL/NN feature rail seating, meaning supporters in this section of the stadium have the option of standing throughout the match.
It is important that you are in possession of the correct ticket, which is purchased against your age band. If for any reason Manchester City staff believe this not to be case and the supporter does not have ID, they reserve the right to upgrade their ticket.
Age restrictions
Supporters over 14 and under 18 can enter the stadium unaccompanied - however, they are not allowed to be responsible for another supporter. Only supporters over 18 can be responsible for a child under 18.
Supporters under 14 are not allowed to enter the stadium without an adult (over 18). As a result, and in line with reasonable adjustments, any supporter who is under 14 must attend with their parent/guardian and are required to pay the prevailing rate for both their seats.
This applies to all disabled supporters, whether walking, ambulant or who require the use of a wheelchair.
Box level wheelchair bays
The wheelchair bays located on box Level do not have direct access to the visiting supporter concourse. Entrance is via the accessible entrance and lift at H door. Disabled toilets are accessible either on the box level corridor or facilities adjacent to Legends. Please be aware that H door is also a home supporter entrance, and that visiting supporters will mix with home supporters when using facilities.
Orders will be taken up to 15 minutes before kick-off (for service before kick-off) and up to five minutes after kick-off (for half time service). Food and drink will be delivered to the seat approximately 15 minutes after the order has been placed or at the start of half time if ordered beforehand. Card payment only. In line with the ground regulations, there will be no alcohol served in these locations.
Tickets will be in the form of both digital and paper.
Please note all tickets are for the sole use of the supporter making the purchase under their Newcastle United supporter number and are strictly non-transferable. There will be random spot checks at away stadiums throughout the season and failure to produce appropriate ID matching the purchaser supporter number will result in removal of your loyalty points and/or your season ticket being voided.
