The draw will be made ahead of the fourth round game between Liverpool and Norwich City from around 14:00 GMT, and will be shown live on ITV in the UK.
The Magpies reached the last 16 for only the second time in 18 years after Saturday's 2-0 win at Fulham, where Sean Longstaff and Dan Burn were on target.
Eddie Howe's side beat local rivals Sunderland 3-0 in the third round, with Alexander Isak scoring twice following a Dan Ballard own goal at the Stadium of Light.
The fifth round will be scheduled during the week commencing Monday, 26th February.
Speaking ahead of the draw, head coach Howe told NUFC TV: "We have an interest and we'll hopefully see a home tie - if possible, we'd love to be back at home. But we'll take whoever we get and we'll look forward to that draw."
Newcastle have won the FA Cup six times, most recently in 1955, and reached the fifth round in the Covid-interrupted 2019/20 campaign. But after beating West Bromwich Albion 3-2, Steve Bruce's team lost to Manchester City at St. James' Park in the last eight.
Before that, United's last appearance in the fifth round came in 2005/06, when they beat Southampton to set up a quarter-final tie with Chelsea - but were beaten 1-0 by the Blues.
