Adam Armstrong starts again but Young Lions pegged back

But the Young Lions will perhaps feel they should have gained all three points against Guinea at the Jeonju World Cup Stadium on Tuesday.

Newcastle forward Armstrong twice came close to scoring before Paul Simpson's side took the lead through Lewis Cook early in the second half.

Freddie Woodman had kept a clean sheet in England's opening game, a 3-0 win against Argentina in which Armstrong had scored, but the Magpies netminder was replaced by Manchester United goalkeeper Dean Henderson on Tuesday.

And Henderson was caught out by Fikayo Tomori's backpass just before the hour mark, allowing Guinea to equalise.

Armstrong was replaced by Middlesbrough's Harry Chapman in the 81st minute. England's final group game is against host nation Korea Republic on Friday.
