You can read an exclusive, six-page interview with Elliot Anderson inside Saturday’s issue of UNITED – Newcastle’s official, acclaimed matchday programme.

Anderson made his 50th appearance for the Magpies at Crystal Palace on Wednesday night and, in a wide-ranging piece, reflects on the “toughest season” of his fledgling career to date and insists that he has “a lot more to show” in a black and white shirt.

Among the other contents of the 84-page issue – recognised as one of the league’s best last season – is a bumper historical section , increased in size for 2023/24. Club Historian Paul Joannou provides four pages, as does regular UNITED columnist Stan Gate, who brings all sorts of black and white memorabilia back to light. There’s the penultimate chapter of The European Years – a new regular feature looking back at each and every one of the Magpies’ continental campaigns to date – as well as the newest instalments of The Poster Boys and When Worlds Collide, the latter shining a light on a couple of both clubs’ lesser-remembered players.

Elsewhere, there’s a long read on Newcastle United Women’s title success, with Becky Langley sitting down to reflect on another hugely memorable campaign, and interviews with Dylan Charlton and academy graduate Jack Young in a five-page youth team section.

Sky Sports’ Pete Graves provides his latest column, while Julian Carlin of the Aussie Mags takes centre stage in Mags Around The World.

Furthermore, there’s ten dedicated pages on our visitors to SJP, three more for Junior Magpies, boss Eddie Howe and Kieran Trippier’s thoughts ahead of the game and much, much more.

UNITED will be on sale around the ground, priced at £3.50.
