There is an exclusive, seven-page interview with Martin Dúbravka inside Newcastle United’s official matchday programme, UNITED, for Sunday’s visit of Manchester United.

The Magpies goalkeeper, who made his debut for the club in the memorable 1-0 home win over this weekend’s opponents in February 2018, was handed the number one shirt at the start of this season.

Slovakian international Dúbravka – who has been an ever-present in the Premier League since making his bow against the Red Devils 20 months ago – sat down with UNITED to share his thoughts on the season so far, wearing the prestigious number one jersey and his memories from that game, in which he announced himself to the United supporters with a string of fine saves.

Inside the latest issue, there is also a rare interview with former Sweden international Andreas Andersson, who struck one of his four Magpies goals at Old Trafford against Sunday’s opponents.

Jonjo Shelvey shares his thoughts on paranormal activity, pineapple-topped pizza and Branston pickle in the popular regular feature Toon Tombola.

England cricketers Ben Stokes, Jason Roy, Mark Wood and Rory Burns react to their visit to St. James’ Park last month, while youngster Lewis Cass is profiled in High Hopes.

There are also eight pages of history from regular contributors Paul Joannou and Stan Gate, as well as columns from captain Jamaal Lascelles – who discusses how United have responded on the training pitch this week – and head coach Steve Bruce.

There's plenty more to enjoy, too - and there are many ways of getting your hands on a copy of each edition of UNITED throughout the season:
