Rafa Benitez’s men were 2-1 winners against the Bluebirds at St. James’ Park as Christian Atsu and Yoan Gouffran found the target, and the Magpies wore special edition shirts to mark Remembrance Day.

Now Sky Bet, the title sponsor of the EFL, are auctioning the shirts alongside hundreds of other items for The Royal British Legion.

This activity is supporting the Legion’s national campaign, Sport Remembers the Somme, to commemorate the role played by sporting men and women for the centennial year.
