Bedeau started her career with Ipswich Town Women back in 2017 and has also played for Stoke City Women.
Most recently, the defender has been plying her trade for Wolverhampton Wanderers Women, who reside in the FA Women's National League Northern Premier Division - the league Newcastle Women will play in next term following promotion last season.
A commanding defender with an eye for goal, Bedeau further bolsters Becky Langley's squad ahead of the 2023/24 season.
Upon signing the 22-year-old, Langley said: "Naomi is a very humble and great personality.
"She's a really strong defender and brings a great presence and I've watched her progress fondly at Stoke and Wolves.
"She had some of the best stats in tier three last season and she will be an excellent signing for Newcastle United."
