Almirón could face-to-face against Japanese striker and Magpies team-mate Yoshinori Muto at the Kashima Soccer Stadium.
Paraguay are set to compete in the 47th edition of the Copa América next summer, with the South American competition being staged in Argentina and Colombia, the first time the tournament will be held in two countries since 1983.
