The Swedish striker scored twice in four Premier League outings during the month, finding the net in wins against Arsenal and Nottingham Forest.
Collecting his Sela Player of the Month award, as voted for by fans, the 25-year-old expressed that he continues to be overwhelmed by Magpies supporters, following an "incredible" Wor Flags display prior to the match against West Ham United last month.
"I want to thank everyone for the unbelievable support they continue to show. It was a really positive start to the month for me personally, with a couple of goals to show for it, but the highlight was definitely an unforgettable moment created by the fans.
"Walking onto the pitch and seeing the Wor Flags display was an incredible experience. It was truly overwhelming and a moment I will remember for the rest of my career."
Determined to chase down last season's personal tally of 21 Premier League goals, the forward believes that a bustling December fixture list could be the catalyst for a successful season.
Isak added: "We're now looking forward to December with a chance to climb the table and progress in the cup. It's a busy time of year but we're all determined to take full advantage of the schedule.
"We're fully focused on making this a memorable campaign and positive performances in December will give us the opportunity for success in the second half of the season. It would be great to repay the fans for their support so hopefully I can give them more to celebrate this month too."
