Be sure to pick up a copy of UNITED – the Magpies’ acclaimed official matchday programme – when Premier League football returns to St. James’ Park on Saturday.

Among the contents of the 84-page issue – recognised as one of the league’s best last season – is a feature-length interview with new recruit Tino Livramento, who reflects on his career to date and outlines his hopes for the campaign ahead.

A 14-page historical section – increased in size for 2023/24 – includes four pages from Club Historian Paul Joannou, another four from regular UNITED columnist Stan Gate – who brings all sorts of black and white memorabilia back to light – and a new recurring feature called The European Years which, over the season, will take a look at every single one of the Magpies’ continental clashes to date.

There’s plenty to read about United’s Under-21s and women’s teams, including in-depth pieces with Ben Parkinson and Elysia Boddy and another new feature, Academy Alumni, in which we catch up with a different Magpies academy graduate every issue.

Sky Sports’ Pete Graves provides his latest column, while Mags Around The World continues with Philadelphia-based United supporter Greg Poda charting his love affair with the club.

Furthermore, there’s ten pages on our visitors to SJP, Aston Villa, four more for Junior Magpies, Eddie Howe and Kieran Trippier’s thoughts ahead of the game and much, much more.

UNITED will be on sale around the ground, priced at £3.50.
