The Premier League Cup clash was due to take place at Keys Park, home of non-league outfit Hednesford Town, but - due to playing conditions - will now be played at West Brom's training ground.
The young Magpies currently sit in second place of Group C, four points adrift of Albion, who have one game in hand over Ben Dawson's side.
The two sides have already met twice this season, with United's second-string suffering a narrow 2-1 away loss in Premier League 2 along with a 1-0 defeat in their reverse cup fixture at Whitley Park.
