It's the same starting XI as the 2-1 victory at Tottenham Hotspur in the Magpies' last league game, with Martin Dúbravka and Joelinton the only two players to stay in the team from Sunday's cup clash.
Dúbravka will be looking to mark his 36th birthday with a ninth win in a row in all competitions. The Slovakia international goalkeeper has played in each of United's eight successive victories.
Alexander Isak is fit to start as he looks to score for the eighth Premier League game in a row while Anthony Gordon is in fine form himself, with three goals in three matches.
Sven Botman also returns, having sat the Bromley tie out after playing twice in quick succession following his return from an ACL injury.
Emil Krafth returns to the bench after recovering from the injury which had sidelined him since the end of October, but Harvey Barnes - who scored the winner when United beat Wolves at Molineux in September - is unavailable after coming off at half time against Bromley.
Howe confirmed that the winger has suffered a thigh injury which would keep him out against Wolves. Meanwhile, Fabian Schär misses out through illness.

What Howe said ahead of kick-off
On Alexander Isak:
"I think he made it quite comfortably in the end. We had limited training in the build-up to this game, that's been the only issue, but he's trained on his own and he's trained well, so no issues.
"He's got loads of qualities. Off the pitch, he's very level. He doesn't get too upset if he misses chances, he doesn't get too high if he scores, which I think is a great characteristic to have in your number 9. He's got that ability to take the burden of the striking responsibilities here - he's done it brilliantly with Callum [Wilson], when Callum's been fit."
On Fabian Schär:
"He's ill tonight, unfortunately Fabian misses out. He's been a big player for us so that's a blow."
On why the current form is so good:
"I think the balance of the team has been really strong. It looks like we've got good relationships and connections in the team, and I think you have to have that. There's been a good rhythm to our play but we're going to be tested tonight. This is going to be a difficult game against a Wolves team - new manager, really distinct way of playing, so we're going to have to be good."
On managing expectations:
"We're always trying to think a step ahead, what pitfalls there are. We're always trying to keep the group fresh. There's loads of different things you can utilise, we're trying to keep the players in a good frame of mind, not trying to overload them too much. We've got a lot of games in a short period of time so keeping them fresh coming into the matches is key."
