Newcastle United has introduced a new service that will enable deaf and hard of hearing fans to contact the club by using British Sign Language (BSL).

Through SignVideo, fans with hearing difficulties have the opportunity to engage with the club in a direct and accessible manner, whether they are seeking general information or ticketing assistance.

What is SignVideo? The SignVideo service provides instant access to a real-time online British Sign Language interpreter, who will be available to assist fans with their enquiries via a video relay system. This service is simple, fast, secure and free to use.

When is the service available? This service is open 10am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. The office is closed at weekends, except matchdays when access is available four hours prior to kick-off - remaining open until half-time.

How to use SignVideo? To contact Newcastle United, fans can call via SignVideo’s app or by using the direct link below.

Please then follow these steps: Step 1: Click on the SignVideo logo to make a call from the browser.  Step 2: Connect to a SignVideo interpreter and they will confirm you are contacting Newcastle United. Step 3: You will then be connected to a registered qualified BSL interpreter and can start the conversation in BSL.

Before using SignVideo, please check:

You have a computer/ device with one of the following operating systems:

- iOS devices: 11 or above - Android devices: 4:4 or above

Your computer/device will need to have one of the following browsers:

- PC: Chrome and Firefox - macOS: Chrome (Safari 11 supported)

You will also require: - Bandwidth of at least 512kbps upload and download - A webcam
