United's second-string will travel to Blyth's Croft Park for their last-four tie in what is a repeat of last season's quarter-final, with Newcastle beating the National League North 7-2 at Whitley Park before losing to current holders Morpeth Town in the last four.
The winner of the tie will face either North Shields or Morpeth in the final, which will be held at St. James' Park.
The young Magpies will be bidding to lift the trophy for a 40th time, with Ben Dawson's side last winning the competition back in 2018 after beating Morpeth 3-1.
The tie is due to be played on the week preceding Saturday, 22nd February with a kick-off time yet to be confirmed.
