Hailing from North Shields, Schack is a rising star in the music industry and has built a cult following in the house music scene.
Known for his energetic live shows, he went viral on social media in November after playing an impromptu set at St. James' Metro Station - in the shadow of the Gallowgate End - following the Magpies' Premier League victory over Chelsea.
Schak was joined by a huge number of fans for the spontaneous performance, with the clip - featuring his track Moving All Around (Jumpin') - racking up more than a million views online.
Schak will be live pitchside at St. James' Park from 7:30pm to 7:40pm on Tuesday evening.
Schak said: "Being asked to perform at St. James' Park is a childhood dream come true. Our club is the heart and soul of the city and being part of it is truly an honour.
"There is no place in the world like Newcastle. We have the best supporters in the country - our energy and love cannot be matched. Up the Toon and Howay the Lads!"
The club is encouraging all supporters to arrive as early as possible, with all tickets now sold out.
Supporters will be able to take advantage of a special drinks offer on concourses between 6:30pm and 7pm.
